Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 11am daily are shipped same day, Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays. Sydney time 11am AEDT/AEST.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Australia Post is our proffered shipping carrier offering Parcel post & Express Post are the current shipping options. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping cost during checkout.

GROUND SHIPPING
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, Parcel Post transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address & selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cutoff times (11am business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions may effect shipping cut off times, always plan to order with plenty of time for delivery. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Express Post purchases placed by 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that Express Post shipping times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, contact us at lashply.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number within 14 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). It is mandatory that the return authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorisation clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 14 days after original shipment/purchase checkout.

Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed –only the product cost of authorised returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. If you choose to return the parcel as a return to sender the shipping cost of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

PRODUCT DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@lashply.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
